Stone issues: kidney & bladder stone
Kidney and bladder stones are hard masses of minerals. Stones form due to the crystallization of concentrated urine in the bladder or kidneys. These stones block the walls of the bladder and/or block urine from getting out. Individual having stones experiences blood in urine, problem in passing urine, burning, dark colored urine. Kidney and bladder stones can lead to infections and other complications.

Prostate surgery is performed in order to treat prostate cancer or complications arising out of an enlarged prostate gland located underneath the bladder in men. Prostate is important in male reproductive system. The gland produces fluids that carry sperms. The surgery involves the removal of cancerous tissue. In the case of an enlarged prostate, prostate tissues are removed.

Urinary incontinence surgery
Urinary incontinence surgery is performed in order to treat urinary incontinence. Urinary incontinence is urine leakage that occurs when one laughs, sneezes, lifts heavy objects, exercises, coughs or during sex. Urinary incontinence occurs when the tissue that supports urethra gets weak. Childbirth, medications, injury to the urethra, being overweight are some reasons that weaken the tissues that support urethra. Urinary incontinence surgery helps close the urethra and bladder neck.

Sexual dysfunction- males & females
Sexual dysfunction can be experienced by both- men and women. It is a problem in which the sexual response cycle interferes with normal, satisfying sexual activity. The most common signs and symptoms of sexual dysfunction includes lack of sexual desire, difficulty becoming aroused and/or pain during intercourse. The symptoms can vary- as in women, vaginal dryness is one of the sexual dysfunction. Likewise, in men- premature ejaculation, absent ejaculation are experienced as sexual dysfunction. Treatment for the same can be done using medications, therapy or mechanical aids like penis pump, dilators etc.

Non scalpel vasectomy
Vasectomy is carried out to make the man sterile. The non scalpel vasectomy method results in less bleeding and a faster recovery while being as effective as scalpel vasectomy. The process involved poking a hole in the scrotum in order to pull and cut the vas deferens that carries the sperm from testicles to urethra where it mixes with the semen. The ducts are then sealed while the holes heal themselves.

Chronic/complicated UTIs
Chronic or complicated UTIs (Urinary Tract Infections) occur in patients with functional or structural abnormalities in the genitourinary tract. These abnormalities occur due to relapse or reinfection in the genitourinary tract. UTIs can become chronic and complicated due to several reasons like repeated infections, kidney damage, diabetes, enlarged prostate and other issues that remain untreated in early stages of UTIs.

Enlarged Prostate
Prostate gland produces fluid that carries sperms during ejaculation. An enlarged prostate gland is caused due to the multiplication of prostate cells which creates enlargement. This blocks the flow of urine through the urethra. As a result, when the bladder doesn’t empty completely which gives rise to UTIs, bladder stones and acute urinary retention.

Urethral stricture surgery
Urethral Stricture Surgery is performed when urethra (a tube that passes urine in men and women and also has an important role in ejaculation in men) gets blocked due to swelling, injury or infection. This in turn slows the flow of urine. Urethral stricture can happen at any point from bladder to penis. This can be treated using the urethral stricture surgery by dilation, urethrotomy or through urethroplasty.
